Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation and tax invoice. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email conferencesuwa@watermarkevents.com.au. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Please note credit card fees of 1.98% of the Australian Value + 30c for Australian credit cards and 3.5% of the Australian value + 30c  for International credit cards apply.

Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’, our registration technology provider.

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. However, a registration may be transferred to a substitute delegate.

A refund processing fee of $27.50 inc GST is charged for administration costs to process a refund.

Neither the Conference Host nor the Conference Managers take any responsibility for any attendee failing to arrange their own insurance, and are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. In the event of industrial disruptions or force majeure, the Conference Host and the Conference Managers accept no responsibility for losses incurred by attendees.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Registration Manager who will correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by writing to the Registration Manager.
